My partner and I had a very nice experience at a desert camp recently. We were contacted prior to our trip to ensure smooth transport from the city. Our driver made the desert journey enjoyable with stops for amazing photos. Upon arrival, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. We were treated to a candlelit dinner and were even offered freshly baked bread made in the sand! The food throughout our stay was delicious. The camp itself was fine, and the cozy tents provided a comfortable night's sleep. We loved being immersed in the tranquility of the desert. I highly recommend this unique desert camp experience.

The location of the camp was absolutely stunning, deep in the desert where you couldn't see any other lights or hear any noise. The tents were beautifully appointed with cozy beds, and having a private bathroom in the tent was a definite advantage. The dinner was a highlight, with delicious three-course meals and even a bread making demonstration. The camp offered a unique experience to connect with the local culture, with opportunities to interact with the hosts and drivers.
One negative aspect was the lack of activities, especially during the off-season.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the fine beauty of the desert and the warm hospitality of the staff. The 4x4 trip to reach the camp added to the sense of adventure and excitement. The tents were beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable and cozy space to relax. The highlight of our stay was the delicious three-course dinner, very good. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of activities and the misleading free parking advertisement, the overall experience was really good. We highly recommend Camp Mars for anyone seeking a unique Sahara desert experience.
